Julia Bresnahan

We are very honored to remember Julia by featuring her body of work from her beginnings through the last few years. She was an icon in the community and is most recently remembered as curator of the Unitarian Universal Fellowship of DC gallery. Her eclectic work embodied her fascination with pattern, color and composition. Whether she used acrylic, pen and ink, printmaking, or mixed media, she organized the values and shadow that play upon form to create both abstract and realistic works of art. Julia passed away unexpectedly last spring and we are pleased to present her works in 2019.
