This weekend, June 4,5,6 Sing-Along Oedipus Rex OR I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You will debut and retire unlikely to be repeated.  It’s a combination of Tina and Tony’s Wedding, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and the 450BC play by Sophocles.  Come sing your heart out… lyrics provided to the 9 Elvis hits in the show.  Performances start at 7:00, reservations are suggested at 920-868-2912.


400+ people attend opening reception…

It is going to be a wonderful season and it got off to a terrific start Sunday with 400+ people attending the opening reception of new works bby MArgaret, Jim Rericha and Liz Maltman.  We ran out of food and wine, and even Town Hall Bakery’s scrumptous cake celebrating liz’a “Cake Walk” series seemed to just evaporate!!!!!  Thank you David and Lynn for great music!  Susie and David for great help! and everyone who pitched-in.

We’re Open for the new season

We’re open…. sales have been good… and comments even better. 

The Gallery looks spectacular and there is more to come with the arrival this week of Richard Edelman’s sculptures and Dillon Lauger’s concrete furniture.  The Opening Reception is May 30 featuring new works by Margaret, Jim Rericha and Liz Maltman.

Kirsten has the Handmade Paper studio ready for students and with the assistance of Pat Ullom, the Center is even more of a reality.

Saturday, March 6, 8:00 Central time, Woodwalk Gallery will be featured on the HG-TV show “the outdoor room with Jamie Durie”.  Filming took place last summer….. tune in….it’s our 15 minutes in the TV spotlight.


New Patio Picnic spot at Woodwalk Gallery

No pictures yet… there’s still snow on the patio. 

But, new this year we invite you bring a picnic dinner and enjoy it on the patio before a Friday night concert.  The patio opens at 5:00, reservations for 1 of the 5 outdoor tables are required. 

You can always bring a bottle of wine and light appetizers to enjoy bistro-style during the concerts.

After reviewing 37 proposals, new artists selected for Woodwalk Gallery’s 2010 season include Kathi Cascio- fiber art, Liz Heller- painting, Tom Jenz- photography, Gail Nelson- enamel, Pat Wheeler- painting. 

Opening day for the 2010 gallery season is Friday, April 30 with the traditional Opening Reception the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, May 30.

These new artists join 42 other regional artists and Margaret for 2010.
