We will start taking 2015 reservations on October 1. No dates for 2015 are reserved before October 1. We will eventually reserve every Saturday between June 6 and September 26. If you have a specific date you are interested in, you should email us that hope early on October 1. It will help if you have a second, back-up date. In response to that email we will pencil you in and hold the date for 1 week. We will email you a reservation form, pricing information and a general brochure. If you are still interested, then call us with a credit card # etc. to be ready to put down your $500. non-refundable deposit (see #5 below). At that time, not before, we will take your credit card information and process the fee. The form will need to be returned within the week even tho many of the questions you will probably answer with DO NOT KNOW YET. If we do not receive the form within one week, we will reopen the date.
Notes: 1) We will insist that you have a professional coordinator of some variety. This can be a professional event planner or a member of your caterer’s staff or a member of Woodwalk’s staff hired for that day on a per hour basis. It may not be a family member or friend. 2) The cost for the facility will be between $3,200 and $3,600. 3) We do not allow floating luminaries or glitter or anything that might damage the art work. Kids are welcome as long a someone keeps 1/2 an eye on them. Fireworks are allowed if contracted for professionally; we recommend Spielbauer Fireworks in Green Bay. 4) You cannot have a cash bar; our liquor license does not allow it.
5) The $500 non-refundable deposit is returned to you, minus a small handling fee if we can re-rent the facility on the day you need to cancel.
